Hajj & Umrah

Hajj & Umrah Travel Vaccines in Toronto

Pilgrimage travel involves large crowds, shared accommodation and a fixed departure date. A clinician reviews your plans and the documentation travellers are commonly asked for, and administers appropriate vaccines during the same visit where possible.

Request an appointment

Booking takes about a minute and collects no medical information. For travel in the next few days, calling is often fastest.

Overview

What to expect

Entry requirements for pilgrimage travel are set by the destination authorities and by your tour operator, and they can change from season to season. For that reason the clinic reviews your specific travel documents and dates with you rather than working from general guidance.

Because Hajj and Umrah groups often travel together, one appointment can cover a family or group. The clinic publishes a flat family or group consultation fee for four to six people.

Timing matters: certificates and doses are often requested a set number of days before departure. Booking early gives the most flexibility, though last-minute appointments may also be available.

Travellers who book pilgrimage appointments

General reasons travellers book. Whether anything is appropriate for you is decided with a clinician, based on your destination, itinerary and timing.

  • Travellers preparing for Hajj or Umrah who have been asked for vaccination documentation
  • Families and groups travelling together on the same itinerary
  • Travellers with a fixed departure date who need their timing reviewed
  • Travellers extending the trip to other countries before or after the pilgrimage

In their words

Verified reviews

  • “Wonderful travel clinic. Efficient, kind people, and the prices are half (sometimes even less) of what the other big companies in Toronto will charge. To make things even better, you don't need to pay the consultation fee if you decide to go back (within a certain time frame) to get more shots. This is a level of customer service you won't find at other travel clinics.”

  • “I had a wonderful experience at Travelmed, in preparation for our trip. Dr. Kavian took the time to sit with us and explain his recommendations in depth. He was kind, informative, funny and made you feel instantly at ease. The clinic is clean, easy to get to and with an appointment, we had no wait. I will absolutely be coming back for all of my travel needs.”

  • “Dr. Parham was extremely kind and attentive the moment we walked into the clinic. He provided my partner and I all the information we needed and he is very transparent about his prices and didn't push either of us to get extra vaccines for our upcoming travel.”
